Martin Land

is a teacher, tutor, researcher and local politician. I'm currently researching for my PhD at Anglia Ruskin University; see 'Les Autres' for more detail. I teach French, Spanish and one-to-one English and tutor History, Politics, Film & Media and languages.

I was the Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for Huntingdon at the 2010 General Election, achieving the best every Liberal vote in modern times.

I'm married to Jeanette who is a carer and is also studying for her MA in Publishing.

We have two sons, Frank, 17, and Robert, 13.
